Applying Internal AI Systems in Project Workflows: Utilized and adopted internal AI platforms to optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within the project team: used AI tools to assist in requirements analysis, impact assessments, and drafting PRDs (Business Analysis); leveraged AI features to support developers in code drafting (boilerplate/refactoring) and QA in preparing test scripts; employed AI for automated sanity checks and release note compilation.

Impact: Contributed to shortening requirement processing time and boosting overall team productivity.

Developed a high-load marketplace backend bridging social features (feeds, posts, comments) with Medusa headless commerce structures.

Multi-Database Introspection Architecture: Integrated Prisma ORM inside NestJS to connect PostgreSQL (social media feeds, event profiles) and Medusa Commerce DB (products, shopping cart metadata) in Read-Only mode. Introspected Medusa's DB schema directly into a dedicated Prisma client to perform high-performance SQL queries instead of making external API calls, reducing product query latency to near 0ms.

Real-time Spatial Location Queries (PostGIS): Activated PostGIS extension on PostgreSQL to handle geographical mapping. Programmed GraphQL resolvers to execute low-latency radial distance searches (e.g. finding nearby events or partner shops).

Third-Party Integrations: Integrated Firebase Admin SDK to handle secure JWT token verification, and incorporated Stream Chat API to implement real-time buyer-seller instant messaging.

Worked in the Recommendation System (ML) team for Gapo Social Network: Assigned to page suggestions, friend suggestions, group suggestions, and video suggestions.

Designed a 4-Component Recommendation Engine Architecture: API Service (providing low-latency client delivery), Data Builder Service (aggregating raw suggestion tables and syncing with Google Colab for model training), Scheduler Service (managing computation cycles and cron timings), and Indexing Worker Service (automating suggestion data indexing to fast-search databases).

AI/ML Model Learning & Resource Optimization: Researched deep AI and Machine Learning models using Python, prioritizing recommendations using weight assignments, optimizing hardware resources, increasing processing speeds, and reducing latency.

Interactive Mini-Games (Referral, Quest-to-reward, Lucky Spin): Led the backend design and implementation of customer-acquisition mini-games, engineering reliable configuration-driven features leveraging Redis for state and concurrency: real-time leaderboards (Redis ZSET), API rate limiting to prevent bot exploits/fraud, and weighted drop logic (atomic Redis operations) to securely distribute high-value prizes without over-allocation.

NodeJS Developer (High-Concurrency Chat Application & AI Integration): Built a high-performance customer support chat system using NodeJS and Socket.io, handling up to 5,000 concurrent users (5K peak CCU) during high-traffic intervals, integrated with FPT AI chatbot API to automatically resolve customer questions and call order/delivery status APIs.

PHP Developer (Customer Profile & Information Management): Developed a customer information management page using PHP, MongoDB, and Redis for users to manage personal details, upload avatars, edit delivery addresses, customize favorite merchants, and manage security settings.

Golang Developer (Marketing Automation & Real-time Customer Segmentation): Engineered an event-driven customer segmentation engine using Golang and RabbitMQ to capture event streams and index segments dynamically, designing parallel filtering pipelines using multiple concurrent cronjobs in Go to process complex target queries from the CMS without timeouts.
